How Can severe Toothache Be Treated?

I am very aware of the consequences.of taking illicit drugs as I was a heroin addict for many years and have been clean from all opioid s for 2.3 years; unfortunately, I still take methamphetamine intravenously on several occasions, roughly twice a week. I (surprise) have a severe toothache and am in the worst pain in my life. I live rurally and have no access to medical care at the moment. My question is this: will an IV dose of meth do anything to curb the excruciating pain in my gums/mouth? Please bare in mind that I am asking this because I am either going to do the meth I have already, or trade it for opiates or heroin for some relief, thus ending a two year+ sobriety from my D.o.C. I am fully cognizant of the risks associated with meth use and urge you not.to.act on your desire to try and persuade me to consider a third option. This is about harm reduction in the form of acute pain management as my pain level is such that I am definitely succumbing to harm. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi..
Thanks for writing to us..

Well, if you have severe toothache you can take anti inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen for pain relief as injecting meth is not acceptable to relieve pain as although it can help in reducing pain but has deleterious side effects..

So my suggestion to you is that if you have severe pain then you can take Advil or Aleve and along with it apply clove oil over the painful tooth.
Do cool compresses over the cheek..

However meth or any painkiller and other remedies will provide you temporary relief, therefore you need to consult a Dentist and get an x ray of tooth done so that appropriate treatment can be done for permanent relief and if the tooth is grossly decayed then it has to be removed..

Hope this information helps..

Regards.
